“The location is optimal for access to town and the Bournemouth International Centre, but the rooms themselves appear very basic and inconsistent; the presence of biscuits is a nice touch. With reports of cleanliness issues and uncomfortable beds, this accommodation seems best suited for those prioritizing location over comfort. For greater value and a more assured experience, other options may prove more satisfactory.”

the location was convenient for getting around (i could easily walk to nearby shops).
The room was quite cold . It seemed the heating wasn't working properly and i had to ask for an extra blanket. the bathroom was also very small, with barely enough space to move around comfortably.

the location WAS pretty good i suppose.
the so called 'family room' was questionable. one bed sounded like A symphony of squeaks with every tiny movement. also, gaining access seemed like solving A scavenger hunt. it seemed like they were doing me a favor just letting me stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast to be delicious. The location was great since it was near restaurants and the beach.
The bedding was thin and stained. The kettle was not near a power point. I had to put it near the window. The curtains were also stained and holed.
